My Approach

Establishing trust is a significant factor in realising practical outcomes from counselling and psychotherapy. You need to feel comfortable that you are in safe hands.

I offer you an initial telephone conversation followed by a complimentary 30-minute face to face session allowing us the decision to move forward.

I work interchangeably with Counselling and Psychotherapy concepts depending on what your needs are and what is happening during our therapy session.
On our first face to face meeting, we discuss desired outcomes.

The number of sessions is dependent on what is happening to you and what you need when we first make contact.

Some of the presentations may include:
